Refund policy

As all of our products are custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages and Issues
We send our orders via Australia Post, and while we do our best to package everything securely, occasional breakages can occur during shipping. If you receive an item that you believe was damaged in transit, please take a photo and email it to us at acrylixxstudio.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

If you think your order is incorrect, faulty, or damaged in any other way, please inspect it as soon as it arrives and get in touch with us immediately. Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
